How does it work?This e-Workbook is divided into 3 parts:
Part one - Theory Part two - Plug N' Plan (goal-setting/planning phase) Part three - Take Action (implementation phase) The theory part gives you a basic understanding of the behaviour change process and an awareness of potential barriers to your success. As you move into parts two and three, you begin to work through goal-setting, planning, and implementation activities that can be used again and again for each of your life pursuits.
