How does it work?

Healing one's relationship with food is not a linear journey. That is why I designed this as a self-paced course, so you can work through the lessons on your own time and explore concepts on an as-needed basis.

​This course is divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1 - Unbecoming
Phase 2 - Rediscovering
Phase 3 - Forward healing

The first phase explains/introduces concepts (i.e. BMI, weight stigma) and scientific literature that challenges the diet mentality. The second phase includes video lessons and worksheets to help you apply Intuitive Eating-informed strategies into your daily life. The third phase brings you back to the basics of nutrition and teaches you how to build habits effectively.
