You are ready to focus on improving your relationship with food, movement, and your body so you can take back the life diet/wellness culture has stolen. No more should or shouldn't, good or bad, right or wrong. Just relearning to TRUST your body and redefining what healthy living means to YOU.
How does it work?
Healing one's relationship with food is not a linear journey. That is why I designed this as a self-paced course, so you can work through the lessons on your own time and explore concepts on an as-needed basis. You also get access to an online community to share your non-scale victories, ask questions, and hold each other accountable along the way!
This course is divided into 3 phases:
Phase 1 - Unbecoming
Phase 2 - Rediscovering
Phase 3 - Forward healing
The first phase explains/introduces concepts (i.e. BMI, weight stigma) and scientific literature that challenges the diet mentality. The second phase includes video lessons and worksheets to help you apply Intuitive Eating-informed strategies into your daily life. The third phase brings you back to the basics of nutrition and teaches you how to build habits effectively.
